Calculation Of Results In Immunoanalysis: Modification Of The Four Parameters Equation Showing The Tracer Concentration And The Temperature Influence

The activity in the equilibrium after the displacement of 125I-T4 and 125Idigoxin by the T4 and digoxin ismeasured. The results adjust to a variant of the four parameters equation that includes the influence of the concentration of tracer and the temperature. Such variant is used to predict the calibration curves used in the determinations of these substances by radioimmunoassay.
