Spectrometric determination of trazodone and sertralin in tablets by multivariate calibration approach

Twomultivariate calibration-prediction techniques, principal component analysis (PCR) and partial least squares (PLS) were applied to the spectrometricmulticomponent analysisof the drugcontaining trazodone (TRAZ) and sertralin (SERT)without any separation step.
